Orders that are processed through this website will be either delivered to the contest sites or picked up at our store in Newton Falls, Ohio. We do not ship orders via this shopping cart. If you would like an order shipped directly to you, we suggest using our sister website located here.

Our contest schedule is posted on this site, and we will be available to hand deliver your orders to you. Prior arrangements will be made to make the delivery, or in some cases you may be able to visit the contest site and pick up your order.

Orders that can not be confirmed via telephone or email will be automatically deleted. All orders must be prepaid via Paypal, unless expressly approved by store owner.

Return Information

Ok, so you ordered something, and you don't like it, or it broke. How do you go about returning it? Well, first you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This lets us know that you are unhappy with a purchase. Then you must return the item to us, either by shipping it to us at the address below, or hand delivering the item to our store. We will NOT accept return from old orders at contests or on the road.

When we receive the return, we will inspect it. If the item is new and unused, we will restock the item and issue a credit, or replacement.
